GO FOR JACKIE:
Jacquelyn Eaton, Co-President
Jackie has more than a dozen years of experience producing music, art, and film festivals. She holds a BA from SUNY in Mass Gathering Health and Safety and is FEMA certified in Special Event Contingency Planning and the National Incident Command System. Jackie served as Chief Operations Officer for the Gathering of the Vibes music festival from 2009-2010, and as Compliance Director for the Vibes' production company, Terrapin Presents, from 1999 through 2003. During that time, Jackie helped Terrapin obtain eight New York State Mass Gathering permits and multiple municipal special event contracts, as well as increase concession revenues ten fold. As Operations Director for the Woodstock Film Festival, Jackie managed five days of festival operations involving the coordination of twenty departments for the screening of over a hundred films across multiple venues, and the production of panels, concerts, and receptions at numerous locations. She has worked in the Locations Department on several films, has been the concessions director responsible for $1 million+ in food, ice, beverages, and alcohol sales, and has worked with a wide variety of North American festival promoters. Before her production career, Jackie was the Manager of Medical Education at the Westchester Medical Center in New York, overseeing thirty medical residency programs. Her hospital experience dealing with local and state health departments, accrediting agencies, risk management, and affiliation agreements paved the way for her transition into festival and concert production.
